PRX-3A (Power for receiver)
Highly developed power supply for receiver units with intelligent power management. The unit ensures a stabilized and adjustable power supply for the receiver. Suitable for various receiver batteries. Guarantees uncomplicated use in a broad range of applications. If the battery power is interrupted even briefly during operation, this information is stored and displayed so that appropriate measures can be taken to counteract inadequate receiver battery dimensions or failure. If the PRX is switched on via the safety on/off switch, it remains switched on until it is explicitly switched off even if the switch is defective.
- For operation with a receiver battery
- GRAUPNER/JR, G3.5, G2, and BEC connector systems
- Three adjustable levels for the output voltage to supply the receiver (5.1V / 5.5V / 5.9V)
- An LED shows the battery operating status
- Ultra-bright LED for easy reading even in poor light conditions
- Integrated, high-quality, safety ON/OFF switch
- Flat design of switch and LED harmonize with the look and features of the model
- Straight-line design of attachment straps, LED, and switch for simple installation using the attached drill template
Battery types:2-cell LiPo2-cell LiFe2-cell LiIon5-cell NiMH/NiCd6-cell NiMH/NiCd - Input voltage: 4V to 9V (stable operation is not possible below 4V)
- Max. input voltage: 12V
- Bias current: approx. 0.3µA (switched off)
- Max. continuous current: approx. 3A (for 1 min. for LiPo 5,9V)
- Max. peak current: approx. 10A (for 1 sec. for LiPo 5,9V)
- Max. peak current: approx. 20A (for 100 msec. for LiPo 5.9V)
- The data refer to operationof the PRX without active cooling e.g. by overflowing air. With cooling, the values are even higher
