Charge:

Li-Po batteries require specific requirements for recharging and battery chargers must only be used with Li-Po cell settings.

The best chargers are those that require manual selection of the number of cells and charging current for each battery pack and then automatically check that the settings are correct.

Many chargers are manually programmable but may not have a safety circuit that controls the settings. An incorrect setting of the charger can cause damage to the battery with consequent risk of fire.

It is strongly recommended not to exceed 4.2V per cell in charge and not to fall below 3.3V per cell in discharge, otherwise the battery will rapidly deteriorate.

However, it is advisable to carry out the first 2/3 charges at 0.5 or 1C.
