We present our first business jet, the AM650 Twin 70mm EDF Jet. This scale replica shines not only with its beautiful details like riveted window frames, over 13 LEDs, removable winglets, a scale landing gear with landing gear doors and removable nacelles, also the technical equipment like the two 60A ESC from Hobbywing, both 2860 2200KV brushless motors, the 8 digital servos with metal gearboxes, both 70mm 12-blade impellers, the 3-axis stabilization system with SBUS functionality and fully adjustable gain, the removable wings with metal wing connectors, the towed main landing gear and the compression strut nose gear, speak for themselves.
The AM650 Business Jet has a takeoff weight of approximately 4kg, depending on the LiPo battery used (5000-6000mAh recommended) and can achieve a flight time of 5-8 minutes, depending on the flying style and battery used.

The included AFSS system can make for even more enjoyable and easier flights by compensating for influences such as wind, etc.

The assembly of this largely prefabricated PNP model is limited only to gluing the two-piece fuselage, attaching the elevator, the drive nacelles and the wings. All parts are screwed (except for the fuselage halves) and all cables, the 13-piece LED lighting, the landing gear and the distribution board, where all electrical components converge, are already installed in the model. The connection of servos and LEDs in the elevator and wings are each connected to their counterpart in the fuselage via a multi-pin connector before the elevator and wings are bolted on. Thus, all connections are made to the elevator with tail flasher and, for the wings, to the aileron, flaps, lights and landing gear.
The landing gear is electric, made of aluminum, double-tired and dragged. Bumps on takeoff and somewhat harder landings are no problem for this reason. Thanks to the ample power of the finely balanced 70mm 12-blade impellers and the high-performance brushless motors with a specific speed of 2200KV on 6S, takeoffs succeed even on grass after a short takeoff distance.
For landing, the flaps can be extended, so that the speed decreases significantly. The AM650 combines a large business jet with good-natured flight characteristics - making it suitable for professionals as well as less experienced pilots, but who already have some flying hours behind them.
