Application Examples

Bodywork and Exterior: Bumpers, spoilers, radiators, external mirrors, body panels, windshields, door windows, FRP parts, door panels, rear and front lighting, reinforcement and installation of floor panels, roof elements, grill parts, front and rear end caps, advertising and stops, plastic wheel caps, bumper angles, and much more.

Simple Processing

Preparation: The surfaces to be bonded should be clean, oil- and grease-free. A roughened surface increases strength.

Application: Mix the material until a uniform color is achieved. Apply Everglue MEGABOND 2000 and join the parts together.

Curing: Handling strength is achieved after about 60 minutes, complete curing after 12 hours.

Storage: Close the cartridge after use. Do not process below +5°C.
