Chromium-hardened piston made of silicon-rich aluminum alloy with a compression strengthening ring, monolithic head structure which is also a cylinder (no cylinder known from other engines!) For lower weight and better stiffness of the structure, crankshaft made of hard chromium-molybdenum cast steel based on two top-quality ball bearings or a precise, highly efficient sports carburetor - all production stages of each of these key components, 100% made in Japan, are under the strict control of SAITO engineers to ensure unrivaled quality.

The FA-100 engine is an excellent proposition for modelers who want to replace their current 10 or 12.5 cm 2-stroke engine with a lighter (on average more than -15% of the mass), more smoothly working, quieter, more economical and, what is important - a much more powerful unit drive (approx. + 10% of power on average). The Saito engine, generating as much as 2 HP, with a capacity of just over 17 cm3, will be perfect for both light aerobatic and Fun-Fly airplanes, as well as for the customarily slightly more "weighted" reduction models.

The SAITO FA-100 engine is also available in the exclusive "Golden Knight" version, with a black body and gold valve covers.
